Soliciting the opinion of the internet

So, I am getting a new phone today. I am also planning on changing my calling plan. Should I go ahead and change my phone number as well?

It would give me a local number, but would require me to memorize a new number. Also, maybe I forget to give everyone my new number (excluding the ones I didn't "forget" to.) What then?

See, I am confused. So internet, what would you do? (Mind you, I've had the same number for about 5 years now.)

I'd keep the old number, if you don't have any stalkers out there. Cause if you change that number, you're going to have to notify charge cards, etc., etc., infiniti

Keep your old number. It is already programmed into the phone of everyone you know, you already remember the number and all of the stuff that Janet said too.
