A few months ago, my company put out an internal request for people to work on a big project in Chicago. I applied, but never heard anything, so I put it out of my mind.
They called me today. I have a phone interview on Friday.

I've heard SUCH good things about Chicago, a coworker/friend just came back from a weekend there and LOVED it!
Yeah, I think I would be freaking out too. Although similar to Janet's comment, a coworker of mine just got a job there and will be moving to Chicago this weekend to work for a different company. Might be fun to explore - I will come visit you there.

HO WHOA YEAH! If you go to Chicago remember to get a pet friendly apartment - seriously good luck what an exciting unexpected thing. There is a girl in my office moving there tomorrow morning as a matter of fact!
