Cleaning

I made a point of sweeping last night (Jasper: And vacuuming! For the love of God, vacuuming! Why?). I also changed my sheets. I am feeling much better now. I don't know which is the best way to look at it- I feel better because I accomplished some things on my list, or I feel better because I cleaned.

It always makes me feel better to be able to tick some things off the to-do list. And as a bonus, clean house feels better. So it doesn't really matter how you look at it, as long as you give yourself the credit for it. Good job on pressing through the lack of motivation. I find that sometimes just getting started can create a momentum. I make no sense at the moment. I bet I need more coffee.

there's nothing better than slipping into a bed with fresh sheets (okay, that's a lie, there are better things, but it's up there)... so chalk it up to cleanliness AND productivity.

a little of both, I suspect :-)

I think you feel better because you changed your sheets. That makes everybody feel better.

Probably both but nice fresh clean sheets are the best!
